Alicia F.

 Office Administrator

Alicia was born in Goshen, NY but moved to New Mexico at the early age of 1 year old. She has been working in the veterinary field for 15 years working mainly as a client care specialist and also doing some technician assistance when needed. She has a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix. She loves working with animals and to be working side by side with them is such a joy. She has worked with Dr. Levenson in the past and being able to work with him again is a pleasure. She loves working here at the Southwest Veterinary Medical Center because she really enjoys being able to spend one on one time with the clients and interacting with them she feels that is so important. When she is not at work she loves to read and to spend time with her friends, family, and her very special basset hound Tobin, and her wonderful Jack Russell Italian Greyhound Mix Marshmellow.

Angelique O.

Lead Client Care Specialist

Though I am a New Mexico Native I did spend 16 years in Minnesota. I did graduate with an AAS in Integrated Studies from CNM with certificates in Veterinary Receptionist, Health, and public safety. I have been working with animals since I was 15 years old but have been around animals her whole life. She has 9 animals, including 4 dogs, 1 cat, 1 rat, 2 snakes and a fish. One of the many reasons she loves working at Southwest is that everyone treats our patients with the same respect and adoration as their own pets. When she is not at work she enjoys Anime, and spending time with her pets, friends, and her family.

Raquel S.

Registered Veterinary Technician

Hi, I’m Raquel! I’m an RVT that has been with the company for a year. Rio Rancho is where I was born and raised. I earned an Associate in Liberal Arts from CNM Community College in 2014 and an Associate in Veterinary Technology in 2016. Following graduation, I became a licensed RVT in the state of New Mexico.

I enjoy learning new abilities, and there are no boundaries to what you can learn in the veterinary industry. I knew I was in the right line of work when I was surrounded by more animals than people.

Devyn, my spouse, and I live together. We have four dogs and two lizards. We spend most of our free time in the mountains. We cast a line in the river in the summer and shred the gnar in the winter.
